I don't know about you, but I LOVE pancake day! When I was a kid I used to eat about 10 or more until I was so full I had to go to bed, or we ran out of ingredients!!

Nowadays, I still love a pancake, but I am aware they're full of gluten and dairy...so not super healthy! 

Luckily, there are some great ways to make healthy pancakes and they taste great too!

Below is a link to my two ingredient pancakes. They are super simple and quick to make, and because they're so good for you, you can have them any day of the week! Breakfast, snack or dessert!

The recipe is just two ingredients, however you can add in some raw cacao powder for a chocolaty pancake, blueberries, ground almonds, or even some natural protein powder to make them even more protein packed!

I like to enjoy them drizzled in organic honey, berries and almond butter :-)
