- 1 cup cashew nuts (ideally soaked)
- 1 tbsp filtered water
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
You can eat it straight away or chill it (it will harden when chilled)
It will last for 5-6 days in the fridge.
