Super Thick Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 banana
  • 2 dessert spoons jumbo rolled oats
  • 1 dessert spoon chia seeds
  • 1 dessert spoon organic peanut butter (I use Biona)
  • 1 scoop natural protein powder -optional (I use Sunwarrior)
  • 1 cube raw cacao (I use Hasslachers. Can use powder or nibs)
  • Enough almond milk to just cover the ingredients (more if you want it to be thinner)

 

  1. Place all the ingredients into the bender and blend until smooth!
  2. Enjoy :-)

Green Goddess Smoothie

Green Goddess Smoothie

  • 1 banana (frozen is great and makes a thicker smoothie)
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 handful cashew nuts
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp spirulina
  • Coconut water- to your desired thickness

 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass or flask and enjoy ☺
